I'm gonna put aside all that bullshits and all those people who've been trying to torment my life and all those fakes who've been trying so hard to get close to me and ruining my life.I know who the hell you are, so don't try to hide away 'cause the fact still remains that i let you in my life and yet you want to take everything away from me.


well since this is after all a new year, I'm gonna start the post on what I'm currently studying. which its Pastry and Baking.
Been almost a year since I took this course, and hell yeah i did have a lot of fun. Plus most of my mates are really easy to get along. So well i can consider myself lucky 'cause i'm not that 'emo' like how i was those past years, and i can consider being close with em, i-heart-all-of-you. 
Anyway, fer all those past modules (basic pastry,cake mixing and baking,bread) it had been really great, though at times we didn't get it right, we're lucky that our Sir Jack allow us to practice in the training kitchen before heading out to do our Industrial Attachment (IA).
 I'm still pretty much nervous if i could make it. As in piping,presentation, etc. 
I also forgot to mention we did some really awesome last year fer our parents. 
it was on the 24th dec, X'mas eve. 
We prepare a special feast of desserts fer our parents. it took us 2 days to prepare fer it and did a few final touches on the day itself. 
Even though my parents wasn't there and it sorta made me feel upset that they weren't there, it felt really rewarding because everyone was having a great time.
Well fer now we're doing petit four~
